About

Circle 4 Marketing helps growing organizations make better marketing decisions by identifying what their business actually needs, what they have the capacity to support, and what's worth investing in next.

I'm Ellen Peacock, founder of Circle 4 Marketing. I've spent 25 years helping businesses grow, including 17 years in hospitality and restaurant technology. I've built brands, launched campaigns, developed partnerships, and learned how to drive results when time, money, and people are limited.

That experience shaped my capacity-first approach. I connect business goals to marketing priorities, then assess whether the organization has what it takes to execute well. Sometimes the answer is more marketing. Often, it's better focus, clearer ownership, stronger systems, or making better use of what's already there.

I work with established businesses and nonprofits through Marketing Readiness & Capacity Diagnostics, Fractional Marketing Leadership, Project-Based Marketing Consulting, Agency & Vendor Selection + Management, and Marketing Workshops & Training.

For one hospitality client, replacing scattered marketing activity with clearer priorities and better systems helped drive 27% growth in ticket sales while doing less marketing, not more.

I believe in doing good and doing well. I serve on the Georgia Engagement Council for Giving Kitchen and support the Father Christmas Cup, which helps Atlanta families experiencing the loss of a loved one during the holidays.

Not sure what kind of marketing help you need? That's a good place to start. Every engagement begins with a low-pressure discovery call to understand the problem and determine whether I'm the right fit to help.

A little more about me:
My husband, Tony, and I have called Brookhaven home for more than 15 years, where we've raised our two sons, Owen and Henry. I'm active in the community and serve on the Georgia Engagement Council for Giving Kitchen, a nonprofit that provides financial assistance and support to food service workers in crisis. I also support the Father Christmas Cup, an annual soccer tournament that helps Atlanta families experiencing the loss of a loved one during the holidays.
